This 6,500 square foot home won the BANN-ER Award in 2006 for best custom home design over $2.5 million. It lets the outdoors in with the design of a rock spire waterfall at the stairwell. Sitting rooms were designed to break up the hallways and take advantage of majestic mountain views.
