The King residence's massive columns and high roof accent the entrance of the mountain style home. The interior consists of large open spaces with tall ceilings. A 40 foot ceiling in the living room allows space for large windows that bring natural lighting into the residence. The building is composed of mostly insulated concrete forms which provide for better sound and heating insulation.
